This integration can be set ONLY by amptalk Group Admin account users.
Login to amptalk and click on your name in the top-right hand corner to reveal a dropdown menu. Click on "Settings" in the menu.
Click on the "Integration" tab and you will find "Zoom Meetings & Phone" under the "Group Admin Integration" section.
Click on "Install" to integrate amptalk with Zoom
Click on "Authorize" on the Zoom authorization window if you agree with the scope of information to be shared between amptalk and Zoom.
Click on "Settings" to link your organization's amptalk accounts and Zoom Meetings/Phone accounts.
In this window you can see the list of your organization's amptalk accounts and you can link them with your linked Zoom account in one page. If you click the "Automatic Linking" button, it will automatically link your amptalk accounts with Zoom Meetings/Phone accounts with the same email addresses. You can also use the drop-down list to link your accounts manually. It is noted that you can only link amptalk account and Zoom account one-to-one.

*If your linked Zoom account doesn't have a Zoom Phone account, it cannot enable the Zoom Phone box like below
After manually linking your accounts, click "Save." It is noted that if you use the "Automatic Linking" button, the linked account will be automatically saved.
Congrats! Once the integration above is done, all the calls recorded on the Zoom Meetings/Phone will be automatically uploaded to amptalk.
